Passport control and customs formalities are handled by a dedicated officer assigned exclusively to you, conducted discreetly and without delay. Once your documentation is cleared, our team escorts you to your waiting vehicle at the terminal exit.

How is my baggage handled?
Your baggage is collected directly from the aircraft hold and transported to the C-VIP Terminal. It arrives alongside you — or is waiting for you in the lounge — without any involvement on your part. There is no baggage reclaim process.
Do I need to queue for passport control or customs?
No. A dedicated passport control officer processes your documentation privately at the C-VIP Terminal. Customs clearance is coordinated on your behalf. The entire formalities process is designed to be seamless and uninterrupted.
Is the Mercedes-Maybach transfer to my hotel included, or is it an optional add-on?
The Mercedes-Maybach apron transfer to the C-VIP Terminal is included as part of the service. Onward transfer to your hotel or any Istanbul destination is available as an extension and can be arranged at the time of booking or on the day.
Can this service be booked for a group or a delegation traveling together?
