At Istanbul Airport, many passengers visit the lounges where they can relax, grab a bite to eat, and have a drink before their flight. For these passengers, IGA Lounge is their only option unless they are flying business class with Turkish Airlines.
IGA Lounge is only pay-per-use lounge at Istanbul Airport, is located in the duty-free area of the international departures terminal. To use this lounge, you must have checked in and received your boarding pass.
Besides the IGA Lounge International, the same group has two other lounges:
1) IGA Lounge Domestic
2) IGA pop-up lounge (International terminal)
There are three ways to use the IGA Lounge International:
- Booking a transit or departure meet and greet reservation.
- Purchasing a one-day package that includes fast track and buggy cart access.
- Purchasing only lounge service.
The last option, purchasing only lounge service, allows you to relax in the lounge for 6 hours and experience the unique flavors of Turkish/Mediterranean cuisine.
The lounge also includes a boutique duty-free shop.

How to book IGA Lounge at Istanbul Airport ?
You don’t need to provide flight details to make a reservation. Simply provide us with your passport name and mobile contact number. After you complete your payment using the link we send you, you will receive a QR code and key code. You can use this code within 365 days.

If I have a private driver or my own transfer reservation, where will the greeter escort me?
The agent will provide a full escorted transfer until you are safely settled. This typically means meeting your driver at the designated pick-up point on the parking level or the public transport (-2) level.

What happens if my flight is delayed or I miss my connection? Will the service still be provided?
